All delivery estimates are from shipping confirmation date. 

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed on friday after 11am est and over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday as our offices are closed over the weekend.

If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification.  

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show movement. If you have any questions about your order, please email us at

Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.  

Nirvanic is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivered by tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items.

International shipping

If any higher international cost is found to be required at mailing time, you will be contacted by email for your approval to add extra cost. Any taxes / duties due upon international delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

Once the package reaches your country, it may take additional days for the package to be passed through customs. This additional time varies with each country.
