All returns following the guidelines listed on this page will be accepted for store credit only, no direct refunds will be issued. Store credit does not expire and can be used at anytime online.
Free return shipping
We offer free return shipping labels for eligible orders only. Sale items are not eligible for free return. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Guidelines
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of delivery to receive a store credit. Merchandise must be unworn, unsoiled, and unwashed. Sanitary strips, manufacturer tags, hangtags and any other applicable accessories must be in-tact and untampered with.
Merchandise soiled, mishandled, abused, laundered or missing tags is subject to refusal and will be returned at the customer’s expense.
Items discounted over 50% are final sale.
Exchanges
Our items often sell out quickly. We don't offer exchanges for this reason. If you would like to try a new item or a different size we suggest returning for store credit and placing a new order for the desired item.
